Team 5ZIGEN was entered in the Formula 3000 Championships in 1994 with
race car driver: Mika Salo. The team ranked 7th overall for that season.
The team and driver did great that season with an impressive record.

That same year in 1994, Mika Salo debuted as a Formula One driver at
Suzuka Circuit. (although from 2007 Formula One series will be held at Fuji Speedway)
