Team Drift - San Jose GP

Team drift competition was held as a support event of Champ Car San Jose Grand Prix July 27 - 29.
I went to see how's our sponsor team, Mazda Allstars presented by Circuit City doing on Sunday, 29th.
I have been helping this team since the debut of the Allstars MX-5 at Long Beach Grand Prix.
But, I have never seen the MX-5 on action. This was my first chance I could see the cars actually "DRIFT"!!
There were many small problems which every new team had to experience.
However, the team tried hard and did good job. Team Mazda Allstars got 3rd place in this weekend!

As everybody knows, San Jose GP is held with closing street of downtown San Jose.
The convention center is used for vender display area as well as padock for drift cars.
Mazda models came to cheer Allstars.

One of the good things is that drivers and team members can communicate with audiences.
