Super Lap Battle @ Long Beach Grand Prix

April 17-20 was the long awaited weekend for the Long Beach Grand Prix.
This is known to be the 3rd biggest motorsports event through America.

The Super Lap Battle was joined with Formula Drift as a support race event prior to the
Champ Car, Le Mans, Atlantic, Celebrity Race, and the GT challenge race.

Team 5ZIGEN had the honors to enter the Super Lap Battle time attack race with our
revamped Honda Accord Euro R (aka Acura TSX in the states).
We placed 7th overall, and took Champion for the NA and FF Class.
This isn't pretty bad considering our race car was purely NA.

Our pilot for this race was Hiroki Yoshimoto. He drove for us in the 2007 Formula Nippon series
in car number 6.
He currently is in participation with GP2 Asia series.
