How was your Easter weekend?
I traveled to Phoenix, AZ to check out the Modified Magazine's Tuner Shootout April 11.
The Shootout was held as a part of NASA Arizona event. There were various events going on in one day.

The spectators could enjoy watching road race, auto-cross, drifting and car show all in one place.

It was raning when we arrived at Firebird International Raceway. Auto-cross section of Tuner Shootour was battle in the heavy rain. ProRacer GN+ user, K-Sport DC5 attackes for the best time.
Factor X Engineering NSX driver Billy Johnson talk with the crew chief, Michael Angelo before his 2nd auto-cross run.
Rain stopped after the auto-cross finished. Now, all cars compete at drag strip.

5ZIGEN dealer in Scottsdale, AZ, Dyno Comp prepares their Sti for time attack – nice paddock/show booth set up http://dynocomp.com/

The time attack was held 8:00 - 10:00pm as a main event of the day.
I had to head back to LA around 5:00pm, so I could not see the time attack....
By the way, I saw one of ALMS Acura team transporter heading to Long Beach GP on I-10 west, during my own enduro race to Los Angeles.
I am looking forward to seeing the artcle about this event. And, I also hoping Team 5ZIGEN could comepte in this event next year.
