5ZIGEN users in Long Beach Grand-Prix

Ready for non-stop wheel to wheel racing? Toyota Grand-Prix of Long Beach opened to public from today. Gladly, we have two racers using 5ZIGEN wheels in this historic racing event. AMP Racing entered two cars in the SCCA World Challenge - Acura RSX driven by Dale Laakso in GTS class and Mazda RX-8 piloted by Tommy Chen in TC class. The wheels support their feet are 5ZIGEN FN-01R, forged one-piece wheels.

Paddock of World Challenge is inside of Long Beacg Convention Center. Laakso and Chen are both rookies for the series, but have a lot of racing experience in other series. It is first Long Beach GP for the team, so it should be tough, but hope they could bring the cars to checkered flag.

Tommy Chen finished his 1st practice session with the best time of 1:49.149. He could have 4 good laps only because the car had minor problems. Hope the mechanics fix it by tomorrow morning.
The SCCA World Challenge race will start Sunday April 18th 4:15pm. Race on!!
