It has been about two weeks...

Our favorite driving event, Dai's Driving Academy was took place at El Toro, Irvine, CA, August 1.
Over 90 drivers enjoyed driving with Daijiro-san's 3rd academy at former runway of Marine Corp air station. Here are some pictures provided by Wired On Honda.

What you drive doesn’t matter, we care how much did you get fun today! Dai's Driving Academy provided two drift courses and two auto-x type grip courses this time, so that every one could get enough seat time.

Another good point of this event is that drivers can talk with representatives of parts manufactures at the track. From left, KJ (INGS), Tsuyoshi (5ZIGEN) and Koji (D-MAX) at 5ZIGEN tent.

David of Tokico brought mildly modified 06 Civic Sedan with Tokico HP shocks, Yokohama Parada + ProRacer ZR+520 and 5ZIGEN Border-S axle-back muffler. It is not “super car”, but well balanced for enjoying both city driving and auto-x. Bomex lip kit will be debut with this car at Nisei Show tomorrow at Little Tokyo, Los Angeles.
