Redline Time Attack Las Vegas

Redline Time Attack round 4 was held at Las Vegas Speedway Outside Road Course, Sunday April 25. Kiyo from Carbonetics and I visited Redline Time Attack the day after chasing Silver State 300. I like to share some pictures of 5ZIGEN users and cars prepared by 5ZIGEN dealers in the Las Vegas round.

I found two FN01R-C users in the Enthusiast Class.
We all love to see more 5ZIGEN users in this class which is the perfect class for beginners or someone who like to enjoy with not so high budget.

Car# 04 Speed Zone Motorsports Civic and the driver, Chris Billedo are regular at Adams Time Attack Tuesday. Chris got 2nd place in Enthusiast FWD with 1:59.011 http://www.speedzonemotorsports.com/

The Enthusiast Class has modification limitations and is intended for relatively "stock" vehicles. Basic Performance Upgrades (BPUs) are permitted, like Cold Air Intakes, Headers, Exhaust Systems, Brake Upgrades, Suspension Upgrades, Etc. Competing in Enthusiast Class is a great way to get started in Time Attack racing for those who are interested!

BERK Technology's BMW 135i got 2nd in Street Tire RWD with 01:49.111 http://www.berktechnology.com/


ZENKAI Motorsports GDB driven by Thomas Smith got the best time of 1:49.181 and took 3rd place in Street Tire AWD class. They will debut new GRB Sti time attack car at Fontana round. The FN01R-C Hot Version will be equiped on the car.

Touge Factory from Chicago has been famous 5ZIGEN dealer among drifters. Now, their new challenge is time attack. The RTA Las Vegas turned bit sour debut event for the Touge Factory Super Modified Evo. The car got rear diff trouble at the morning practice when they boosted up... I am sure they will come back for RTA at AutoBahn Country Club, Joliet, IL.

Did the car number 777 bring a luck to Vegas? I don't think so. The car was well prepared and the driver did good job!! Evasive Motorsports and Michael Chang won the Enthusiast FWD with 01:55.061 which almost 4 seconds faster than 2nd. http://www.evasivemotorsports.com/


Mr. MazdaTrix, Dave Lemon got 1:55.448, 4th in the Street Tire RWD class. Only 0.4 seconds was shorted for his podium finish...! http://www.mazdatrix.com/

Kyle Mohan of MazdaTrix came with his FC3S in new tire sponsor color. He took 2nd place in the Drift Class.

K24 powered EK Civic built by Inline Four was revived from engine blow at Buttonwillow. The driver Tetsu Fukui presented Modified FWD victory with 1:51.529 to the crew. http://www.inlinefour.com/

Andrie Hartanto and N1 Racing took 1st place the Super Modified RWD and finished 3rd overall with 01:42.733. This is their 2nd victory in this season.
